Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Millburn, NJ is expanding its clinical services to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to lead this new program in our Millburn office.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a growing service line within a supportive, innovative mental health practice.

Qualifications

• NJ license as PMHNP-BC or advanced practice nurse with psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Collaborate with TMS and Spravato providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and pilot this new program at our Millburn, NJ office.
