• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Licensed with the State Board of Nursing in state of employment.
• DEA number.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric and medical services to assigned patients.
• Complete psychiatric evaluations and H&Ps within 24 hours of admission.
• Document all patient consultations in EMR notes.
• Oversee medications and coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinicians.
