Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team providing mental health services to Pennsylvania Department of Corrections sites. Coverage spans SCI-Benner Township, SCI-Houtzdale, SCI-Huntingdon, and SCI-Smithfield in the Central Region, with a 1-3 day per week commitment.

The ideal candidate holds ANCC or AANP Psychiatric NP certification, a PA CRNP license, DEA, and 1+ year of prescribing experience, and must pass the security clearance process.

Qualifications

• ANCC or AANP Psychiatric Certified Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted Pennsylvania CRNP license & DEA.
• Completion of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program
• At least 1 year of prescribing experience required
• All qualified applicants must complete a security clearance process as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections

Responsibilities

• Provide per diem psychiatric care to sites in the Central Region, including SCI-Benner Township, SCI-Houtzdale, SCI-Huntingdon, and SCI-Smithfield.
• Flexible coverage schedule of 1–3 days per week.
• Maintain high standards of care and coordination with site staff.
