Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Psychiatrist for State Correctional Institution Greene in Waynesburg, PA. The role focuses on psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment within a correctional setting, under the Psychiatric Medical Director’s supervision.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and participate in ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts.

Competenze

• MD or DO with active Pennsylvania license and DEA.
• Board certification or eligibility by ABPN.
• Must complete security clearance as required by PA Department of Corrections.
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.

Mansioni

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment to patients.

Our psychiatric team enjoys working with a clinically rich and diverse patient population and has the time to initiate change, track progress, and conduct better follow-up with the patients in our care.

The Psychiatrist provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for patients, works under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director, and provides clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO. Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA.
• BE/BC by the ABPN.
• All qualified applicants are required to successfully complete a security clearance process as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
