Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners Hickman Medical Clinic in Centerville, TN is seeking a PMHNP to provide Behavioral Health Services in a Rural Health Clinic setting. You will manage patient care with a flexible full-time schedule, seeing 10–12 patients daily and treating patients ages 12 and up.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
