- Serve as key member of interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement psychiatric treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and support recovery-oriented care and treatment outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate daily psychiatric nursing operations as Charge Nurse.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and multi-disciplinary reports.
- Lead therapeutic groups to enhance emotional regulation and overall wellness.
