• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Observe, assess, and document patients’ mental status, behaviors, and responses to medications and therapies.
• Leadership & Charge Nurse Responsibilities: Coordinate daily nursing operations and guide the nursing staff.
• Documentation & Clinical Reporting: Complete accurate clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Programming & Patient Support: Lead therapeutic groups to enhance emotional regulation and overall wellness.
