Pride Health is hiring a RN Psych our client’s medical facility in Dubuque, IA 52001. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• RN Psych. 36 hours per week (3x12s, Nights; Every third weekend)

• Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by a physician or psychiatrist.

• Assess and evaluate patients' mental and physical health and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.

• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.

• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Experience required:

• Must have two years of experience as Psychiatry is required.

Additional Information:

• Shifts: 36 hours per week (3x12s, Nights; Every third weekend)

• Weekly Travel Pay Range: $2050/week to $2138/week

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
