UW Health in Madison, WI, on-site, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our care teams in psychiatric and AODA services.

You will conduct assessments, see patients for new and follow-up care, including medications and psychotherapy, and coordinate care for both acute and chronic health needs. Minimum licensure requirements include Wisconsin RN/APNP and PA certifications. DEA license is required or can be obtained on hire.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from accredited Nursing program.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA program.
• Active RN and APNP license in Wisconsin and board certification.
• Active PA license in Wisconsin and PA board certification.
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to hire.

• Conduct psychiatric and AODA assessments in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• See patients for new and follow-up psychiatric care, including medications and psychotherapy.
• Be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients.
