WisHope Recovery Programs in Beloit, Wisconsin, seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP, or PA-C to provide medical and psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing clinical support.

The role focuses on psychiatry, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and co-occurring conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans. Travel up to 50% between WisHope locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current Wisconsin credential with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, addiction medicine.
• Ability to manage co-occurring disorders within scope of practice.

Aufgaben

• Complete comprehensive medical and psychiatric assessments with follow-up.
• Provide psychiatric medication management within scope of practice.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Coordinate referrals, labs, and transitions of care as clinically indicated.
• Document assessments and treatment decisions accurately in EMR.
