Resources for Human Development in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for individuals receiving services within the Behavioral Health Homes program.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and the Medical Director; maintain documentation in the EHR, participate in team meetings, ensure licensure, and provide person-centered care per OMHSAS and DDAP standards.

Qualifications

• RN or NP experience required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Current PA RN license and PA APN license.
• NP certification active or in progress.
• Proficient with computers and EHR systems.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations as needed.
• Provide medication management and monitoring.
• Deliver psychotherapy as determined by leadership.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.
