Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our patient-centered Psychiatry Team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with the flexibility to manage your own time and no on-call duties.

You’ll conduct evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop individualized plans with an interdisciplinary team, while collaborating with facility staff to support compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric behavioral health.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do

As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will:

• Maketreatment recommendationsfor psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
• Collaborate with facility staff onbehavioral strategiesand care planning
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals
