Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Psychiatry Team. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with time to manage your own agenda and no on-call duties, while delivering compassionate behavioral health care.

The role focuses on conducting evaluations, diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental health disorders, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
• Make treatment recommendations for psychotherapeutic interventions and medications.
• Collaborate with facility staff on behavioral strategies and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
