Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC) team. You will assess, prescribe, and monitor psychotropic medications for adults with mental illness, while delivering recovery‑focused, culturally competent care.

Flexible hybrid schedule, 30–40 hours weekly, with 2 in-person days. Candidates must hold an MSN and MA licensure as an NP, with strong time‑management and communication skills essential for coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Requires a Masters degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Massachusetts RN/NP licensure to practice as an NP; ANCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, prescribe, and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Obtain informed consent and order lab work as needed.
• Educate clients and families on medications and conditions.
• Conduct medical assessments and monitor health needs.
• Coordinate with community physicians and care teams.
• Provide crisis assessments and participate in risk management.
