Faith-based and well-respected mental health practice seeks 2 Psychiatrists - one in Adult and one in Child and Adolescent - South Bend, Indiana, Elkhart or Goshen Indiana!

This new Psychiatrist will become part of a group that has been providing high-quality services for 60 years to their communities. This role will be integral to the group's success in 2022 and 2023.

About:

• 16 psychiatrists, 8 MDs, 14 NPs
• 60 years in practice with 860 employees
• NHSC sites
• 4 locations plus a 16-bed inpatient unit

This role:

• Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, outpatient; 1 in 3 weekends for inpatient rounding; 1-24 hour call (Monday-Thursday)
• Salary of $250,000 per year plus up to $60,000 in bonuses, 27 PTO days, 5 CME days, NHSC loans repaid
• Evaluations: 75-minute initial, 30-minute follow-ups; approximately 2 evaluations per day
