This is a very rare group in the USA that offers EEGs, Research, Ketamine, TMS and medication management!

Psychiatrist Benefits:

• $250-320k/year, flexible hours and patient load to determine your income. Options for a guaranteed base with productivity bonuses.
• You set your schedule.
• MDs are backup call; NPs rotate call once every 6 weeks.
• Autonomy in practice; independently owned with freedom in this role!
• Providers only make medical decisions; administrative and support work handled by staff. Working 36 hours means you're done after 36 hours, with no extra admin work.
• 3-4 weeks vacation/sick time, 1.5 weeks holidays, 3 days CME, totaling about 1.5 months off per year.

• Integrated approach with psychiatry and primary care

About the Psychiatrist role:

• 2-4 patients per hour
• Optional to perform Ketamine, EEG, TMS, research/trials, and therapy, or refer to another provider—it's not mandatory.
• Backup call NPs handle calls from 5 pm to 10 pm.
• Half days on Fridays.
• 1-2 days per week of telehealth; the rest onsite.
