Inpatient Psychiatrist - Crisis Unit

Our client is a growing non-profit behavioral health organization based in Oak Ridge, TN, offering supportive management and a collaborative work environment.

The Company:

Our client comprises a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Licensed Therapists, specializing in treating adults and children with behavioral health conditions or mental health disorders.

The Position:

Seeking a Psychiatrist to work approximately 20-30 hours a week in a 16-bed inpatient unit, with potential for additional hours based on your preference.

• $230,000 - $275,000 Base Salary
• Health Insurance: 68% of Premium Covered (Effective the first of the month after 30 days)
• Vacation Time: Eligible after 90 days (Accumulate 10 hours/month)
• Basic Life/Accidental Death Insurance: 150% of Annual Salary
• Sick Leave: Immediate eligibility (Accrue 5.33 hours/month)
• Vision/Dental: Effective after 30 days, part or full-time

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry
• Current Tennessee Medical License
