Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with at least 2 years of outpatient experience to join our Pleasanton team. This role includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with physicians and therapists in a hybrid in-person/telehealth setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP-BC certification
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years practicing as a licensed PMHNP
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience in a private practice setting
