Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a skilled PMHNP to join our outpatient psychiatry team across California locations, offering a hybrid mix of in-person and telehealth. The role focuses on comprehensive psychiatric care for adults and/or children, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

Base salary ranges from $186,000 to $198,000 plus uncapped quarterly incentives, reflecting qualifications, experience, and geographic factors.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification is required.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years as a licensed PMHNP.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience in private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth platforms.
