Job summary

Mindpath Health is seeking a PMHNP in a hybrid outpatient psychiatry role in the Sacramento/Davis area. The position offers a base salary with uncapped quarterly incentives and a schedule that avoids nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and care for adults and/or youths with diverse mental health conditions, supported by established patient demand and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA registration.

Job description

Base Salary: $167,000-$190,000 + Uncapped Quarterly Incentives*

*The posted range reflects base salary only. In addition to base salary, this role offers uncapped performance-based incentives. Individual salary offers are determined based on relevant PMHNP licensure, clinical experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
