Job summary

Mindpath Health in California is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient psychiatry team in Modesto or Chico. The role emphasizes medication management and psychiatric evaluations for adults and/or youth, with a hybrid schedule of in-person and telehealth care.

The base salary is $160,000–$182,000 per year with uncapped quarterly incentives. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k), CME, malpractice coverage and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP-BC certification required.
• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the practicing state.
• Active DEA registration.

*The posted range reflects base salary only. In addition to base salary, this role offers uncapped performance-based incentives. Individual salary offers are determined based on years licensed, clinical experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
