About The Job

1. Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
2. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
3. Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
4. Practice independently without corporate administrative interference, as we are not affiliated with hospitals or clinics.
5. Work in growing teams with multiple therapists and prescribers, meeting potential team members during onboarding.
6. Participate in regular staffing sessions with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
7. Perform clinical work from home, with flexible days and hours based on your preference, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings are also held.
8. Attend clinical conferences four times a week, with at least one attendance per week during the first 90 days, then monthly afterward.

Job Requirements

• Hold a valid PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
• Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis, psychopharmacology, and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
