About The Job

1. Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
2. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications as necessary, and provide direct patient care.
3. Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
4. Operate independently without hospital or clinic affiliation, maintaining autonomy in clinical decisions.
5. Work within growing teams of multiple therapists and prescribers, with onboarding processes matching clinicians with suitable team members.
6. Participate in regular staffing meetings with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
7. Perform clinical work remotely, with flexible days and hours chosen by the clinician, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings are also part of the schedule.
8. Attend clinical conferences held four times a week; attendance is required at least once per week for the first 90 days, then once monthly thereafter.

Job Requirements

1. Hold a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
2. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team.
4. Solid computer skills and familiarity with basic technology.
5. Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacology, with knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
