Job summary

Third Space Therapy invites PMHNPs to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for Medicaid members from a remote practice model. You’ll work with a robust referral network, while we handle billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Massachusetts
• Board certification PMHNP-BC
• Prescriptive authority with DEA registration and MA controlled substances license
• Experience performing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic meds
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
• Experience with EHR and digital tools
• A quiet HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.

We're looking for passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side - billing, insurance, credentialing - so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring

• An active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Massachusetts

• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

• Prescriptive authority, active DEA registration, and Massachusetts controlled substance registration

• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications

• Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus
