Network180’s Willow Clinic in Grand Rapids (Psychiatric Services - Outpatient) seeks a Medical Assistant for direct client services. The position is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, in-person at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate program from an accredited MA program.
• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting; or successful completion of MA externship with Network180.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within six months; BLS certification required within one year.
• Education or training in the basics of medical terminology.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database management and e-mail.
• Ability to bridge language/cultural barriers to services in diverse communities.
