Job summary

Network180 seeks a Psychiatric Services Clinician to support clients and the Psychiatric Services staff at the Willow Clinic in Grand Rapids. This 40-hour per week, in-person role focuses on discharge planning, screenings, and referrals, with flexible face-to-face or phone interactions.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology and state licensure or eligibility within 3 months. Excellent communication and multicultural competence are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Michigan licensure as LMSW/LPCC/LMFT or psychologist, or eligible and obtain within 3 months of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience providing services to individuals with mental health needs.
• Knowledge of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment practices.
• Knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and bridge language/cultural barriers.

Responsibilities

• Support daily function of the Williow Clinic and assist clients and staff.
• Provide chart prep, discharge planning, screenings, and referrals.
• Deliver services face-to-face or by phone as needed.
