Network180 seeks a Medical Assistant for its Psychiatric Services - Outpatient clinic in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role supports direct client care and medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate program from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• At least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting; or successful completion of MA externship with Network180.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within six (6) months of hire; BLS certification required within one (1) year of hire.
• Education or training in the basics of medical terminology.
• Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, database management and e-mail.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.
