Merakey is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Russellton, PA. The LPN will provide nursing care and medication management for residents in an LTSR, coordinating with healthcare providers and supporting recovery-oriented services.

The ideal candidate will have a PA LPN license and at least 1 year of psychiatric MH experience, with all OMHSAS clearances and a valid driver’s license. Merakey offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Graduate of an accredited program and possess a valid PA Licensed Practical Nurse licensure - required.
• 1 year of psychiatric mental health paid or volunteer experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery driven service system required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• All Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
