Acclaim Health in Fort Worth, TX is expanding the Psychiatric Emergency Center and seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or PA) to join a multidisciplinary team delivering 24/7 crisis care.

The role covers triage, evaluation, short-term stabilization, and referrals, with three 12-hour day shifts (8a-8p) and three-quarters of weekends per quarter; requires TX license, DEA, and BLS, plus relocation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing with PMHNP certification or PA Studies with PMHNP certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an advanced practice provider in psychiatry.
• Current Texas PA or APRN license with PMHNP and DEA Certification.

Responsabilités

• Psychiatric Triage.
• Psychiatric Evaluation.
• Short term interventions including observation, monitoring and stabilization of acute crisis.
• Referral services that meet the needs of the individual person.
• Evaluation for admission to an Acute Inpatient Unit.
