Job summary

Seasons Center for Behavioral Health in Spencer, IA, is seeking a Psychiatric Clinic Coordinator to provide operational, scheduling, and communications support within our outpatient psychiatry clinic. The role serves as a central point for referrals, patient outreach, and scheduling workflows to ensure timely access to care, accurate records, and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of experience in a medical office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• An Associate’s Degree or some college is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, scheduling, and communication support within the outpatient psychiatry clinic.
• Serve as a central point for referrals, patient outreach, and scheduling workflows.
• Maintain accuracy of records and coordinate follow-up/outreach processes.
• Support daily clinic operations and referrals to ensure timely access to psychiatric services.
