Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; BSN preferred.

• CPR certification and hospital training in de-escalation and management required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct and comprehensive assessments to determine dispositions.
• Screen patients for admission into hospital programs using pre-approved criteria.
