Aufgaben

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and coordinate referrals to primary or specialty care.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications with ongoing outcome monitoring.
• Assess and treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, including MAT.
• Lead treatment planning, reviews, and discharge planning with the team.
• Provide on-call psychiatric coverage and crisis intervention as required.
