ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions offers individualized care to diverse populations across Englewood, Fairborn and Piqua. As an RN you will address behavioral and physical health needs, perform screenings, monitor and administer medications, and support case management.

Requirements include a nursing degree, RN license, and experience in psychiatric or behavioral health services; willingness to travel the service area; experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Address the behavioral and physical health needs of clients receiving treatment for psychiatric symptoms.
• Perform health care screenings and check vital signs.
• Administer injections and other medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medication.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client information and history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Case management duties including coordination of community services.
• Assist clients in building skills including emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.
