• Assess and plan care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Continuously reassess medical/psychiatric status and needs.
• Collaborate with team to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
