Riverside Mental Health and Recovery Center in Hampton, VA seeks a Psych Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor Pool on day shifts. The role involves assessment, planning, and delivery of comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will supervise support staff, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and maintain thorough documentation. Requires Virginia RN licensure or compact state license and CPR/BLS certification.

Formación

• Education: RN license and relevant credentials as required by Virginia or compact state.
• Experience: 1 year related RN experience preferred.
• Education: BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma with equivalency accepted per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and develop a care plan.
• Provide nursing care, implement treatments, and evaluate patient progress.
• Supervise and delegate duties to non-professional personnel.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for safe patient transitions.
• Maintain accurate documentation per Riverside Health System standards.
