AccentCare in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an RN Psych Nurse for a full-time Behavioral Health home health role. You will provide psychiatric nursing care in patients’ homes within Brooklyn Park and surrounding areas, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a $10,000 bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of operation.
• Bachelor's degree holders should have 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience; associate degree holders 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric home health nursing care to patients in Brooklyn Park and surrounding areas.
• Travel to patient homes and collaborate with care teams to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services.
