Southridge Behavioral Hospital seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Technician for the night shift in the Grand Rapids area. You will support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Shift Supervisor, including safety assessment and routine care tasks.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with ADL, participating in groups, and maintaining a therapeutic milieu with de-escalation when needed.
