Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for 2 South, our 24-bed inpatient psychiatry unit. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with evening/night rotations and weekend/holiday coverage.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and therapists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care, adhering to the Nursing Standards of Care and the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers is preferred.
• Minimum one year inpatient psychiatry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient-centered nursing care per standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Demonstrate initiative and clinical skills for complex cases.
• Ensure Patient and Family Centered Care model is followed.
