Job summary

State of Ohio is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Developmental Disabilities - Warrensville Developmental Center in Highland Hills, OH. The RN will provide psychiatric/developmental disability care, medication administration, and clinical documentation while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

The position is part-time with varying shifts, wage $36.01 per hour with incremental raises and bonuses per the 1199 bargaining unit contract.

Qualifications

• Requires current license as registered nurse in Ohio as issued by the Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and treatments.
• Assess residents per direct care staff concerns.
• Complete documentation (24-hour reports, nursing notes, MAR, physician orders, care plans).
• Communicate medical concerns to physicians and share treatment recommendations with the team.
• Attend medication review, admissions/discharges, and team meetings.
• Assist with physical exams and prepare/file medical documents.
