We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility with inpatient and outpatient services. Full-Time shifts (Day or Night) are available with competitive pay and shift differentials.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a related clinical area preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state; CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Ensure patient safety and demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding care.
• Collaborate with the team to meet patients' physical, biopsychosocial, age, and cultural needs.
• Provide for the basic comfort of patients and implement nursing interventions per care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff about care and status changes.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of patient symptoms, responses and progress.
