Job summary

In-person work, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM, at 194 West Poplar Ave, Porterville, CA 93257. The supervisor will mentor individuals served and ensure safety and quality of work.

Job description

Provide supervision and support in the training of General Laborers with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), as necessary to ensure contracts assigned are complete. This position performs a variety of tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment across multiple departments in the Business Service departments. Provide constant supervision of and hands-on training and assistance to individuals served with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
