Job summary

Community Counseling Center (CCC) in Marble Hill, MO seeks a qualified professional to deliver rehabilitative PSR services, including living skills, socialization, and pre-vocational support. Travel in own vehicle is required and a valid MO driver’s license must be held by start date.

Responsibilities include screening, treatment planning, transportation, and documenting progress per agency standards. Some evenings may be required; pay range is $20.00–$22.40 per hour with paid time off and

Qualifications

• Qualifying experience must include delivery of service to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited university; or any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience; or four years of qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial screening to evaluate appropriateness of clients referred for PSR services.
• Participate in development of client's individual treatment plan.
• Provide transportation to and from community facilities and resources.
• Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele.
• Provide daily living skills training including nutrition, financial and home management, accessing community resources, recreation, pre-vocational services, development of support systems, diagnosis and medication management.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients enrolled in PSR services as needed.
• Monitor and assist client with program compliance.
• Responsible for transporting clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as deemed necessary and appropriate to meet program requirements.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedure, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

Job description

Location: Marble Hill, MO - Bollinger County

Full Time: Non - Exempt

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Some evenings may be required as necessary dependent upon agency and client need.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.40 per hour

Note: Pay will vary dependent upon prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited university; or
• Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience; or
• Four years of qualifying experience.
• Valid Drivers License - Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents) and current auto insurance.
• Travel in own vehicle is required.
