Job summary

Community Counseling Center Inc. in Marble Hill, MO, is seeking a qualified PSR services professional to deliver rehabilitative services, including community living skills training and supportive assistance to clients with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, a valid MO Driver's License, and travel in own vehicle. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with some evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited university; or
• Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience; or
• Four years of qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial screening to evaluate appropriateness of clients referred for PSR services.
• Participate in development of client's individual treatment plan.
• Provide transportation to and from community facilities and resources.
• Maintain positive attitude toward agency and clientele.
• Provide daily living skills training including assistance in nutrition, financial and home management, accessing community resources, recreation, pre-vocational services, development of support systems, diagnosis and medication management, etc.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients enrolled in PSR services as needed.
• Monitor and assist client with program compliance.
• Responsible for transporting clients in agency and/or personal vehicle as deemed necessary and appropriate to meet program requirements.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedure, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

Job description

Location: Marble Hill, MO - Bollinger County

Full Time: Non - Exempt

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Some evenings may be required as necessary dependent upon agency and client need.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.40 per hour

Note: Pay will vary dependent upon prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited university; or
• Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience; or
• Four years of qualifying experience.
• Valid Drivers License - Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver's License (Class D for IL Residents) and current auto insurance.
• Travel in own vehicle is required.

Note: Qualifying experience must include delivery of service to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or developmental disabilities.
