Job summary

• Monitor safety, sanitation, and attendance; ensure census goals are met.
• Audit medical records for compliance and documentation quality.
• Develop relationships with internal and external referral sources for PSR.
• Facilitate education sessions and participate in team planning.

Education

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or closely related field

Bachelor's degree in social services + 2 years related experience
