Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a PSM/HVAC Coordinator in Abilene, KS. You will manage and develop scheduled work activities for the PSM/RMP programs, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

You will develop efficient maintenance plans, coordinate parts and labor, supervise execution in line with production schedules, and utilize CMMS data for informed decisions. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Engineering environment.
• Ability to physically comply with RSC respiratory protection program.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, boiler, and compressed air systems.
• Ability to comprehend technical manuals, instructions, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Plan Predictive, Preventive, and Condition Based Maintenance for PSM/RMP programs.
• Prioritize and escalate critical work as necessary.
• Maintain Process Safety Information and SOPs; coordinate training and contractor documentation.
• Manage PSM-related Contractor documentation, training, assessment and review of contractor performance.
• Complete Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews; lead incident investigations.
• Ensure Emergency Action/Response Plan compliance and keep Process Hazard Analysis current.
• Ensure third-party audits are completed on time with corrective actions tracked.
• Maintain CMMS data for BOMs, PMs, and modifications.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and GMP compliance.
