Job summary
Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Process Safety Management Coordinator for its Milford, DE facility. You will lead the PSM program and support safe operation of ammonia refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, and compressed air systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of refrigeration, steam generation, and utility equipment.
- Proven leadership and ability to coordinate across shifts and teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the facility's Process Safety Management program.
- Operate, maintain, and upgrade ammonia refrigeration and utility systems.
- Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance and capital projects.
- Develop training needs and certification for hourly operators and analysts.
- Interface with Corporate Refrigeration Manager to align ammonia practices.
