Job summary

Kroger Manufacturing in Kenosha, WI seeks a site representative to manage the Process Safety Management program from initiation through ongoing maintenance. You will lead a team to prevent ammonia releases, uphold SQR priorities, and promote Kroger's Customer 1st strategy while embodying our core values.

The role requires coordinating audits, training, and collaboration with contractors, maintenance staff, and emergency planning groups to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in safety

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to attend maintenance courses outside regular work hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant compliance with OSHA process safety management and track change authorizations and schedules.
• Conduct audits on PSM program and ensure employee communication and feedback.
• Develop and implement the 14 elements of OSHA PSM program.
• Work with maintenance management on corrective actions from audits.
