Job summary

Pilgrim's Ottumwa facility seeks an experienced Process Safety Management professional to organize and maintain the PSM system for ammonia refrigeration operations. You will own all aspects of the PSM/RMP process and collaborate with site personnel and leadership to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and adherence to company policies.

The role demands strong documentation, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage audits, records, and training; Hazmat familiarity and SAP/APSM experience

Qualifications

• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) and RMP programs.
• Ability to organize and maintain extensive documentation.
• Strong literacy in safety information, records management, and training records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain APSM data and ensure all PSM program elements are current.
• Direct PDM workforce and schedule PMs with mechanics to support PSM.
• Manage PSM/RMP documentation, including incident investigations, B-109 records, MOC, and training records.
• Maintain PSM bulletin boards and update information for personnel visibility.
• Coordinate monthly PSM meetings and participate in quarterly/annual audits and CAP actions.
