Job summary

Kroger is seeking a site representative to lead the Process Safety Management (PSM) program, initiating and maintaining safety, quality, reliability, and customer-1st initiatives across the plant. You will coordinate OSHA PSM, audit compliance, and training, while collaborating with maintenance and safety teams to minimize ammonia-related risks.

The role requires developing and enforcing PSM elements, managing work orders, and interfacing with contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and safe

Qualifications

Must have ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to attend maintenance courses outside regular work hours.

Responsibilities

Coordinate plant OSHA process safety management compliance and change authorizations.
Conduct audits and keep PSM regulations current; ensure employee communication and feedback.
Develop, document and implement the 14 OSHA PSM elements.
Collaborate with maintenance management on corrective actions from audits.
Coordinate safety training with safety manager and contractors.
Develop procedures, documents and policies to meet OSHA compliance.
Work with planners/schedulers on work orders and maintenance scheduling.
Manage preventive maintenance work orders related to confined space monitors.
