Job summary

Patterson Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee rigging operations on oil and gas rigs, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will coordinate equipment mobilization and supervise on-site personnel to deliver reliable service.

Reporting to the District/Location Manager, you will act as a liaison with customer representatives, implement policies, and support specialists and supervisors. Strong safety focus and hands-on mobility are essential.

Qualifications

• Must supervise subordinate employees or contractors on site.
• Coordinate rigging up and running of equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect tools prior to use and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Act as liaison between the company and customer representatives.
• Participate in JSA discussions to identify safety hazards.
• Able to mobilize tools and equipment and perform duties on location when needed.

• Help clean and maintain equipment.
